Why Study a Foreign Language: Making Your Brain Stronger

Practicing Spanish

A colleague of mine likes to visit another site, http://www.mitele.es/. This is another great site to find shows and programs with which to practice the the target language. The more exposure you can get to your target language, the more proficient you will become.

Studying Culture

Carolina Navigators

Another site you all should consider visiting is Carolina Navigators. Here you will find links to both video stories, photo stories and articles written by students who have traveled abroad and want to share your experiences. This is a way for you to connect with the more fun aspects of learning another language--the culture--without every having to leave the comfort of your own home.

Aprender de una manera divertida
To help you learn Spanish better, I thought I would create this site. It is place for you to come and find resources to help you master this fun, yet challenging language. A good place to start is with YouTube. Below you will find some links to various sites that I find useful. My advice would be to visit them and if you like them, to subscribe. Subscribing makes it easy for you to browse through a particular channel.  Here are some of my favorites at explaining grammar:

Also, you can visit iTunesU if you have an iTunes account and search for Spanish. A bunch of great resources will then populate on your screen, many of which are free.
